These pictures are giving me so much flashback anxiety 😂😂😂 You are going to LOVE the underfloor heating. We installed it downstairs in our little Venetian house & it is so wonderful. Good luck getting through this next part. I can’t wait to see the transformation

Lol! I hope the flashbacks are not too bad! We have in-floor heat in our bathrooms here in the States, and we're hooked. I'm also really excited to have bidets and "scaldasalviette" as they call them in Tuscany - the heated towel warmers. 😊

The plumbers cut the line to the downstairs scaldasalviette 😭😭😭 Then, because it took so long for someone to come back & test the heat no one noticed until the floors were already laid.

Noooo! 😩

We’re actually going electric with both the in-floor heat and the scaldasalviette. Our contractors are a little skeptical, but the “consumo” actually isn’t too bad and we are happy to move away from reliance on gas. We’ll see how that goes!

Absolutely lovely; your great eye and talent will make it more so.

And yes, as Joe says--when even celery here smells great, you know something is being done right!
